Family & separation mediation
Parenting arrangements, property and financial matters, discussed calmly with a neutral mediator guiding the conversation.
AMDRAS Accredited Mediator · Perth, Western Australia
This practice is run by one mediator, based in Perth, providing general mediation services. Mediation is a structured conversation where both people work through what's in dispute with an impartial third person in the room — and, where it's possible, reach an agreement that works for you.
Every enquiry starts with a short confidential questionnaire. Nothing is booked until both parties' responses have been reviewed, and times are subject to availability.

Accreditation
AMDRAS Accredited Mediator
Accredited practice means working to a national standard on impartiality, confidentiality and safety screening.

Before you head to court
Litigation can be long, costly and draining. Mediation offers a calmer path: a confidential, structured conversation where you and the other party look for a workable outcome together. Every matter is different and no result can be promised — but many people find it a faster and less expensive way forward.
Services
Every matter begins with a private screening conversation so the process is shaped around your circumstances.

How it works
You will always know what happens next. Nothing proceeds without your agreement.

Each party completes a short confidential questionnaire about their situation, safety and the kind of dispute.

Your responses are reviewed personally before anything is booked. If mediation isn't the right fit, I'll say so and suggest other options.

Once both parties are reviewed and approved, the booking link opens and you pick a time that suits everyone, online or in person.

A structured, respectful conversation guided by your mediator, with breaks and private sessions as needed.

Any agreement reached is documented so you can take it to your own lawyer or adviser if you wish.
The questionnaire takes about ten minutes and is read only by your mediator.
FAQs
Start with the confidential questionnaire, or send an enquiry and we'll come back to you. Your answers are stored securely and read only by your mediator. Reviewing them is a normal part of the process — it's how we work out together whether mediation is right for your situation.
The information on this page is general in nature and is not legal advice. This practice provides general mediation services only — it is not Family Dispute Resolution, and no court documentation is produced. Mediation outcomes, timeframes and total costs vary depending on the circumstances of each matter, and no particular result can be promised. You should obtain independent legal advice about your own situation before making decisions, and before signing any agreement reached in mediation. Mediation is voluntary; you may end your participation at any time.
