Services & pricing

General mediation services for people who need to keep talking.

Every matter below follows the same path: separate intake, a confidential questionnaire from each person, review, and then a session only if it's the right process for the situation.

Parenting and care arrangements

Working through where children live, how time is shared, schooling, holidays, handovers and communication between households. Discussions stay focused on practical arrangements rather than on revisiting the past.

This is general mediation services, not Family Dispute Resolution. No documentation for court applications is produced.

Separation and property discussions

A structured conversation about how to divide what you own and owe, and how to deal with ongoing costs while things are being sorted out.

Get independent legal advice before you sign off on an agreement about property.

Workplace and team disputes

Between colleagues, between a manager and a team member, or across teams — where a working relationship needs to be repaired or wound up cleanly.

Employers can arrange this directly; both people still complete their own questionnaire.

Illustration representing neighbour and community disputes

Neighbour and community disputes

Fences, noise, trees, shared driveways, strata living and long-running friction between neighbours who will still be neighbours afterwards.

Illustration representing business, contract and commercial disputes

Business, contract and commercial disputes

Disagreements between business partners, suppliers and clients, or parties to a contract, where a commercial conversation is faster and cheaper than the alternative.

Illustration representing estate and family business matters

Estate and family business matters

Disagreements between family members about an estate, a family trust or a family business, where the relationships matter as much as the money.

Fees

Fees are fixed and confirmed in writing before anything is booked.

  • Intake conversation and screening review — complimentary
  • Two-hour mediation session — $700 (total, shared or split as agreed)
  • Express service (mediation within 48 hours) — $350 additional fee, subject to availability

Session times are subject to availability. The express service is offered only when the diary allows and both parties have been screened and approved.

What isn't offered here

  • Family Dispute Resolution, and no documentation for court applications
  • Legal advice or representation of either party
  • Counselling, therapy or assessments
  • Findings about what happened between the parties

If one of these is what your situation needs, that will come up during screening and I'll point you to what can help instead.
